What are your nutrition tips? Do you have any pre season food rituals? What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given with regards to your nutrition?
So this week I got asked to give some information on what athletes can do pre season to give them the best start with their performance. There are lots of options out there but what I decided to go to was nutrition. It’s not as complicated as people would have you believe and small changes can be made simply and be very effective.
One thing I stress in the video is to START EARLY! It’s never too early to start making changes to the way you eat and what you put into your body. And the tips I share are applicable to everyone whether you are mid way through the season, just finishing the season or are an all year round athlete.
